14th August 2013 – I did a charity event for The Hidradenitis Suppurativa Trust. I completed 36 Sun Salutations on top of the Worcestershire Beacon in Malvern. I wanted to raise £360 and I almost got there! The final online total was £328.38 and I still have some offline donations which will bring it in somewhere close. The Malvern Gazette even published an article about me, and I was in the Worcester News too. I was overwhelmed by the generosity of my friends and family, so thank you very much to everyone who sponsored me. Here are a couple of photos from the event.
9th March 2013 – International Women’s Day 2013 celebrations ‘Get Together’ Malvern
The Grove, 8 Avenue Road, Great Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3AG
I will be teaching a candle-lit Moon Flow Yoga class from 7pm-8pm.
As I understand it, the evening session costs £7 and you will also get access to the music and meditation occurring before, during and after the yoga session.
International Women’s Day is a day for women to come together to celebrate and be inspired by local women and their enterprises, plus support women globally in developing countries. Donations will go towards Oxfam’s ‘Get Together’ campaign and The Grove.

After World Yoga day will continue keeping an eye out for charitable event possibilities tied to a yoga class. Good promotion, networking and philanthropy rolled into a nice bundle. Hope things are happy as blueberries on your end!
