Hi Kat,nice site and blog. I’m 39,a little overweight and on the mend from acute back pain. Do you think I would benefit from your style of yoga? Total beginner but definitely need to do something to strengthen core and flexibility I think, cheers Paul

Hi Paul, thanks for your question. Yoga can be a huge help for back pain. Strengthening your core muscles can make a lot of difference. My style of yoga requires a bit of physical fitness, but you don’t need to be a gymnast or anywhere near that! All that is required is an open mind and a willingness to try. You would be more than welcome to come along to my class. I also have some slots available for private tuition. Give me a call!

Hi Kat,
I am going to have to miss yoga tomorrow as I have severely sprained my ankle over Xmas! The docs have warned me to rest it until I have more movement in it. I am really sorry about this, especially as it’s only my second session, but I hope to be back within a few weeks!
Thanks
Andrea (Malvern Vale community Centre class on tues)
